Looking at the slides, I think they fit in NATO announcement at the last minute. I don't think they are expecting NATO announcement to be before CR. We might be raising at a premium or at market price if we don't have the NATO Announcement.
Also to make it less painful, the CR is done above the price of what directors sold.
I hope they are not selling again with all the news flow.
