About 87mln in free options was the bit I didn't expect but I can see the rationale for it, as both a sweetener for the sophs who participated at 9c, SPP and further funding security. At exercise price of 10c that's $8.7mln extra funding down the track.
The conduct of the finance industry is obviously disgusting, they have been latching on to it driving the price down since July 2023. Any risk of legal action would probably dissipate as we climb back into 20s.
