That seems like small bikkies for someone with a spare $1m to risk going to prison for, when they could have just called the company during the trading halt to bid for a $1 million allocation, and made a slightly higher paper gain.

Or am I really missing something?

No cause for concern unless you're a trader with a position!
been watching this for a long while trying to get my head around how it moves. It's been dumped for the last few months.
I'm thinking a few insiders knew a discount was coming.
