With a new yearly low hit again today the chances of raising $m's at 7c is about as remote as it gets, the offer imho will be extended to try and hook in as many as possible, the short fall who knows what they will do with it....
If money target is not reached(very likely)then admin (after paying back the directors loan) is about the only close thing to certainty this company has to look forward to..
