    Yeah I read the con note announcement and like all other ones the people issuing the notes never lose usually with free attaching options and interest paid etc. Better off capital raising in my opinion. Good to be done with it.

    BTW I would think it's more likely they will pay the whole sum ($1.87m) and not issue any shares in lieu of payment.
