It should be remembered that due to all the inside information the management and directors were privy to, they were not able buy in the run up from 4c to 6.5c. It's one of those rare instances where retail is at an advantage and able to buy based on the results released prior to the raising. It wasn't until the market was fully informed at the time of the raise that directors were allowed to buy.
The fact that management participated in the CR at the level they did is just yet another indication of how significant they see this discovery.
