    I think this Capital Raise if done on market would have pushed the stock price HIGH! They could have negotiated a better price than 2.5 cents.

    They should have done more in their power to get the options converted in December.

    But when you are backed in a corner, you take what you can get.

    Congratulations to sophisticated investors "Blue Sky" for bagging an absolute bargain!
