Struggling to squeeze money out of the firms now.
400K just gets them thru another quarter at the way they spend. This will just drag out in the same way it has over the last 2 years, spruking up old results / tenements on nothing of substance - probably a few pump and dumps along the way until eventual liquidation down the track.
Only hope is to get rid of management or shell the company and give it to someone with geological experience or better equipped.
