It actually is quite remarkable how our drillers have preferred to be paid in stock time and time again. The whole mining services industry operates on extremely thin margins, inflation is rampant and quality labor is tough to find in the sector, but then we have our drillers saying forget the cash, give us stock...and they've done this countless times now!
