Well, we all know money talks.
But for me, you have two types (maybe more?) of company directors/leaders.
Whose that happily sproke, and make a quick buck. and those that have ambitions and pride to take a project from start to finish.
With the pleasure of not only making $ for the shareholders, and themselves of course. But also the whole array of aspects in making the project work. The managing the team, the investigation of the geology, the putting together the timeframes, when do we do metallurgy, raise more capital at the right time, etc. So in the end, they can look back with pride. And gain respect from all.

Now, having said all this. If an offer is too good. They must think about the shareholders. Who will also help to decide the outcome.
But for now. I think they are having fun taking this project to the next stage!
