It’s very clear to me the way this played out at CWE.
“Quickly Lancelot has invested we’d better do something fast to devalue the stock, what’s our fastest method”?
“Cap’ raising at a discount. But what about the other shareholders”?
“They’re secondary we must destroy Lancelot”.
