Cosmo and Ya: Whatever the PSC arrangement is when completed I feel we should know pretty soon.
Tomorrow is election day in TL. Unless there is a hung parliament with weeks of jockeying between the parties to form a government I think we should get an early ratification of the Treaty, perhaps within a month. The ratification by AUS should then be a matter of course with the ratifications presented to the PCA in the Hague soon after. The signing of a PSC may not have to wait for PCA announcement so all could be completed within a couple of months. Or am I being over optimistic? (Govt wheels turn slowly and all that).
