There are intrinsic and also strategic values in AVRO. If SIO and others, even Star Bright (as they have not sold down all their AVRO I believe) want to take a large stake at Anteris, the best way, without driving up the share price of Anteris, is to convert the AVRO. What the share price of AVR will be if someone buying 2m+ Anteris share on market?

In view of this, come December, as long as Anteris tracking well with its TAVR milestones, large number of AVROs could be converted even share price of Anteris trading less than $8 on market I reckon.

Btw, one of the main reasons of the CR could be paying off the $1.3m short term loan due at 30/5/2021 secured against the government R&D grant. You don’t want to risk missing repayment if government does not pay you on time.
