On the subject of the share price being 'managed', while I am not usually prone to conspiracy theories, I hold the opinion that there are players on the registry - perhaps both buying and selling? - with an agenda of keeping the SP steadily aroud the AVRO conversion price of $8.00.

For a speculative small-cap stock with a long way to either rise or fall depending on how one sees its prospects, I would have expected wider swings.

So, if that's a valid assessment, - yes, a big if - the burning question is: how long will they keep it up? Is it in 'their' (whoever they are) interest that AVROs lapse? At which point there'll be more yet more dulutive cap-raises?

Now, where did I put that tin-foil ...
