That’s true for sure but does make for a paradoxical setting: IF SB would have stayed on board, Mercer not done their thing (even Ratty) the sp would be ….
Ultimately probably the best the company could engineer given its financial/operational governance issues that did not lead to the best outcomes.
The future will be revealed soon enough to determine the ultimate outcome, after all is said and done.
