Agree, but it is all very simple, you bought your shares at $20 on average, and the company has a successful outcome regardless of whether it goes alone or is bought out, the shares are now valued at $30 or $40 or $50 after these events, you win. The fact that the company now has now issued 25-30 million shares is irrelevant as you still make a very healthy profit of 50% +, not bad going even if it took 5-7 years to get there. Stop looking at the share numbers and if you are that concerned about dilution, gradually increase your holding when the opportunity arises, it is not that complicated.
