As you say Eire..................... the further we progress the more valuable. What challenges me is the low value of the SP................fighting from a low value is not good ..... Its better to fight from the hill top (high $ value) than in the valley (low $ value so not much ammo) ?

The products of AVR are exceptional -- Brilliant on a number of fronts and
from a 'no knowledge' point of view :-(at this point without further tests etc)
-(just a few)
-safe
-ease of implant
-seems a short operation
-some patients seem a lot better just after the implant
-maybe less cost - overall- for patients
-very small stay in hospital
-hospitals will love the - get out quick card. No long recovery less cost. More bed use.
-ViV a life 'saving device' , so it seems. This one is brilliant and after Abbott's xcancelling a ViV (?)

-no/little open 'outside wounds' -------- less chance of infection ?

As I said -a 'no in depth knowledge' point of view.

More news to come.................. I think the FDA may 'fast track' the ViV ? Again - no idea.
