Couldn't agree more. I cant think of an instance EVER when we have had any position of strength. Always, we have been beggars for cash, then bent over & got reamed hard. Then, the smoke & mirrors from management starts all over again, to try and make everyone forget how bad the reaming was. What a f*'ing shit show roundabout this has become.
