I've read the announcement
What irks me... is the constant feed to outside "new" (along with only?
"existing institutional and sophisticated investors" )?
If so - I call humbug on that!
NEVER any advantage given to small shareholders who stump up their own money ....and take direct risk
No doubt there will be the usual "excuses" for the lack of a RR...(no time to organise blah blah etc etc ),
It's the new bit that is the constant dilution
For 8 years now they would have known this venture would take ALOT of capital... so they have had plenty of time to plan to look after small shareholders equitably and properly ...
If there is nothing in it for them again..?..that is truly shocking....
