Announcement Out. Takeout for me is that the raise will finance recently announced acquisitions and deals that are expected to complete in the March quarter this year. Pro-forma EPS post completion of the deals will be 7.7 cps for FY18 with the company suggesting accretion of 21.4%. Will be interested in what the company says about FY19 outlook. From memory that EPS level was what most analysts were estimated WITHOUT acquisitions for FY19.
