It's non-renounceable entitlement for the shares, not options. You get LISTED options meaning it could be msmoa, so you can trade it right away. And i doubt current holders will take up the issue to dump it at market to make minimum profit, since this issue is not discounted at current SP.

Most likely this issue won't be taken up in full considering where the SP was heading unless management can pump it up with the Riva deal or other commercial contracts. All we can do is wait for the details whether it's been underwritten, by who and how much..
