"A prospectus for the Entitlement Issue will be lodged with ASIC and ASX in the next couple of days, and will include a timetable in respect of the Entitlement Issue."

We will have to see the Entitlement Issue tomorrow right? "Next couple of days", to me would have indicated no later than Friday, but with all the 'cost-cutting' NOR is doing perhaps they couldn't afford the internet to email it last week?

Changed sentiment, before there was no point, now though, there's incoming dilution... Shareholder value will drop...
