    Now that David Smith is a fixture in QFX management ..His bonuses will depend on CONTENT delivery and Customer Growth targets ..
    you don't have those incentives as a Consultant
    Freelancers are not that committed to any 1 Coy ..so now as a Permanent Staff Member .. hell be doing Overtime on CONTENT delivery deals YAY !!!!
