I think that some of these directors were shot and substantial shareholders have finally stepped in. That many resignations at once does not normally come voluntarily. Should have been done 12 months ago if you ask me, but at least it was done.
Finger crossed they get this raise done now, and hopefully this is the last one we see for the next 12-18 months because this is the last roll of the dice for them I think.
