I have been advised to let you know that the Company are still finalising the Rights Offer documentation and an announcement will be made to shareholders in due course.

We can confirm that the terms to shareholders will be the same as that of the placement including the issue of the options.

I thanked her for her prompt response and would have included a question about the ratio of shares but that was before reading this thread.
Anyone else who may be able to shed some light on this question, by all means, chime in.
