Lets hope the is a significant improvement from here on. UIL and new director have more than one-third of what should be a prosperous business. They are in deep enough (in the red) to warrant making more hard decisions. They have just made the first one which is to start to shake up those employed by the business. More has to change.
To many Australian companies have taken on 'zombie' like performance when capital was knocking on the door.
