What are they going to do with €50,000,000 - compensate shareholders who invested in the last few capital raisings?

I would love to read the use of funds section in the offer document. After payment of creditors, lawyers, advisors and interest (which will probably be far more attractive to the investors than an iron ore mining operation), I can't see there being too much remaining.
