Interesting also that the company discussed the projetc funding strategy at the recent RIU Round Up, and the shareprice ran on that day (same day as the halt) from 44 to 54c.. someone liked it!
I think its a very good announcement, and given the offer was made last week when the share price was in the low 40's its really not that big of a discount.
Would have been nice to offer the shareholders something though.
