I think it was Protagonist who said this should only be a few days away based on his/her call to the company so I'm OK with all the above being hammered out so we get a clear picture of everything, rather than information coming out in dribs and drabs.

This surprises me as I got the impression from listening to John Lamb that MYL decided the 70c price. Please point me to where I can verify your statement.
