IIRC IMF recently announced it has about $750b to spend. However my main concern atm is whether the US Fed is going to pull the plug on GM at the end of this month, or shortly thereafter, and the affect of its US$500b debt upon financial institutions, including Shitibank. Unfortunately, the SDL raising occurs amidst this great uncertainty. I have not forgotten the final scene in the film Rollover (Jane Fonda), when the lights and pcs were turned off.
