Not advice, but I have heard BAU have pending legal issues and some other things to sort out that could see their entire cash balance be diminished
Therefore the attractiveness of their cash backing has to be taken into consideration, and then compared to ABZ on a quality, size, timeframe to production scale
I still think ABZ is the best 2014 play, just have to get the timing right - I don't think there is a rush
If you buy now or mid Feb, I don't think it will matter
