by converting at 1.21c when they did it establishes a vwap above the floor, now they have 20 trading days that they can convert, if the vwap remains below the floor price after the 20 days then my question is can they convert?
How is bod going to solve this debt problem, cant repay, so best case is to pump and let them convert, sell some or whatever and move on letting sales do the talking moving forward.
Hard to say, as NM prob has anw in the bottom draw happy to dilute and keep up by converting fees to shares, waiting for a lithium style boom in the tin market to get serious about Taronga. Who the f* knows.
