    They are proposing a strategy without any discssion with RCK ( the board and managenebt didnt even know about NOV acquiring the stake)
    They pay a premium for RCK shares and pay for ut with massuvelt duscounted SPP....

    NOV share holders could have ended up with same RCK ownership at 30‰ lower cost a week ago!

    I just hope they havnet been hood winked by corporate pirates whiowanted to sell the RCK stake.
