They purchased the 19% from institutions, not on market which is why the RKN board had no idea. They do now obviously . Next Nov will buy RKN imo. the $1.00 price mark is due to institutions asking and getting. liquidity of RKN would never have allowed Nov to buy on markeyt.

What next then? well, the RKN business is sound in its own right and delivering 5% dividend yield however the value is n teh 100,000 cloud based customers who are all small to medium businesses. Just imagine of Nov then obtained 20% of that market to use Nov platform? highly profitable indeed then isn't it?

No real risk here imo, do you wait for your SPP allocation or jump in around .545 - .57 before and get your full requirement? only real reason not to as i see it i your investment time line. if you want fast returns on your investment then jump out. If you are prepared for the long game, train is at the station imo.
