    Just like to know if NOV played it right (imo) ...and bought 4.9% of RKN cheaper on market prior to announcement ....or the added percentage was decided later at $1 .....

    Would be great to see that Deposit Take License emerge near term .

    NOV well placed and heading back up imo.
