Hey buddy, how many times do we need to emphasise that there is no way to buy 20 million shares of RKN on the market. Please go and read up the trading volume of RKN in the past months, they are barely trading at 100k a day before this. He is possibly going to end up paying more on the market knowing that people always monitor volume spikes for stocks. You really should stop focusing on why they paid $1 a share because Pete could have just got 100K shares at 78cents on the market.
