One CR & your out? Yes the CR was approximately 1/3-1/4 of the total MC however the MC was still under 200M even with all the significant announcements. Like it or not, we need the institutional investment firms to buy into NOV for the company to grow and expand. Lucky for us we found it early, they're only realising how good they are now.
Even with the CR NOV didn’t release many new shares to the
market which is another plus.
if you’ve been a holder for a long period of time, I believe you should give NOV at least the opportunity to advise why they made this play and the reasoning as to why.
