I don't understand why they didn't raise @ 12/13. .011 seems low...

I don't understand why they didn't raise @ 12/13. .011 seems low to me... Also why announce before details are finalized when you can put the company into halt until its finnalised. The market would of reacted a lot better to a fully underwritten raise @ .012/.013... Im not against the raise just don't like how this is being done... Also didn't know we had a lithium project as such... why put emphasis on cobalt and lithium when tin and gold are running so hot right now... Cobalt price has basically done nothing in last 12 months off the top of my head i think its down if anything lol. lithium needs to be proved to add any value to this company... What happened to the 40g/ton gold in tin conserntrate... Can we put some money into getting to the bottom of that instead of worrying about lithium... All my opinion
