It’s a 5 year PLAN and it will commence when and IF they ever raise the required funds, they have been saying the same thing for many years.
I have followed and traded this company’s shares for almost 20 years, it had circa 350 mill shares on issue then, now it has 2.4Billion through numerous placements and SPP’s which should be a good indicator on how it has been run IMHO.
It has been a wealth taker not maker and nothing has changed.
Of course this is not advice just my own point of view.
