from my observations prior to this completely brainless decision to raise a petty amount in the scheme of things, however at a fire sale price, 90% of posters were in admiration of the directors. I truly believed he was a wise honest man.

questions that i have asked but no response so far from anyone.
what was the rush to get SMT "onboard". We had alreading signed a 10 year supply agreement. Was there a discount or some alternative funding carrot dangled? Because to sink everyone and destroy all long term shareholders and lose all trust and faith for $5mil in capital doesnt make much sense.

Regarding the tax refund why wasnt that taken into consideration when it was considered 2 weeks ago in the quarterly as sufficient to fund this quarter.

Is more being poored into the gas project than what has been announced? whats with the delay again?
for months prior to this the share price has been sold down shorted on any given news.
In one of his pump podcasts, the question was raised why aren't directors buying to which SG stated they have been in a long blackout period as there is so much negotiations going on behind the scenes.He would love to buy buy. Why didnt you SG?

We then had a director sell a day before the gas deal. Obviously the same rule doesnt apply and this was also a lie.
I personally think that all the ones in the know knew weeks prior to the raise and got out. Evident in the price and volume activity.
SG or his circle have a massive short thats been sitting since the GM deal.
I would love to see SG and his family trust accounts prior and post this raise and when he gets his boys to close the short.

Do i think we get the project over the line. Yes
However the filthy scum bag way that he has done it will always tarnish him as a director. He better have something up his sleeve to get us out of this mess.
