CR aside, take out is more uncertainty and no clear timeline or dates that are believable.
My last conversation with QPM management before I gave them an earful there was a clear intimation they are struggling to get last piece of finance and I feel this is the real reason behind this turn of events.
Bottom drawer now. SP is wastelands for a while...
