Well, after 4 years here and many back and forth with management, this is it for me.

I sold my last 200k heads.
I might participate in the SPP depending on macro and overall sentiment here, but only to resell heads and keep the options for free if it makes sense at the time.

This has been trading around 10c for a long while, then this raise obviously got leaked in the last week or so, which pushed is down to a 9.3c close before the trading halt, almost a 2 year low.

Then the raise being at 7c + options is just ridiculous.
If you use a Black-Scholes model, you'd probably get that the real raise price is around 6c with 0.5 option @ 10c/3y.

That's like a 35% discount to a 2 year low share price.

Man this is so sad. It was a sexy small project with 600m$ capex, 1.4bn NPV and 30% IRR, going ahead in early 2022.
Many things have changed, they've tried to keep the hype alive but delays abound and this is getting worse and worse economically speaking with ever increasing SOI.

Oh well, this is standard for the spec game.
