6. DETAILS OF THE OFFER 6.1 The Offer 6.1.1 Offer Pursuant to this Prospectus, the Company invites applications for up to 450,000,000 Shares at an issue price of $0.01 per Share. The Shares offered under this Prospectus will rank equally with the existing Shares on issue. A Summary of the rights and liabilities attaching to the Company’s Shares (including the Shares which are the subject of this Prospectus) is set out in Section 12.2 of this Prospectus. (a) Minimum subscription The Offer is subject to a Minimum Subscription of 400,000,000 Shares at an issue price of $0.01 per Share. If the Minimum Subscription has not been raised within 2 months after the date of this Prospectus, the Company will not issue any Shares and will repay all application monies for the Shares within the time prescribed under the Corporations Act, without interest.
