As I had thought, we ended up with a placement at 4.0c. This is 12.5m additional shares at a very reasonable price; resulting in minimal dilution for the shareholders.
The major CR will happen once SHE is ready to file C1 & C2 and change to Protean Wave Energy Ltd.
Things are looking very good from here. There's enough cash to keep going until the Wet Tests complete, and the very positive news in The Australian will only attract more investors in.
Keeping the CR small is the best thing shareholders could have asked for because it keeps the company going while at the same time minimizing dilution for the loyal shareholders.
I expect the SP to rise significantly once the general public gets on to the Protean story via The Australian article.
