before the cap raising STX had 800mil (plus) of shares on issue! If, as you say, all of these employees, contractors, sub contractor and existing shareholders (let's call them "insiders") were all busily selling to get back in more cheaply via the CR there would need to be millions of shares traded in the run up to the CR???
How many traded on the 10% drop, or in the days before the trading halt???.....in the scheme of things, compared to what's on issue, and considering how many people are watching STX ATM, virtually nothing!...as rexsh has already indicated!
