this raising was all about getting money as fast as possible in order to maintain project momentum!

STX can now use this cash to purchase equipment and plan further 4th & 5th generation wells - with very little business disruption!!!

If STX raised this capital from a public shareholder rights issue it would take weeks and cost much more to get across the line. In the scheme of things, it's a small raising. IMHO I don't think the small shareholders (me included) have missed out on so much that they have grounds for complaint...a bit of of a whinge maybe, but that's where it should end.

Let's keep our eyes on "the bigger prize" and be appreciative of the fact that STX has a number of significant, very loyal, very generous shareholders who are happy to throw the can around and quickly collect $6.8mil to keep this baby humming!!!
