    365M shares fully diluted with Litcho under the belt and 9.6M cash. @14c is 51M MC.

    100% of the project ~ $102M for Alliance/TAW/Lithco and Namibia. Perhaps still some way off fair value - if it is more than a bag will depend on how much spodumene they firm up and Namibia.
