I very much doubt that the shares will ever be listed again. They have to find a suitable 'activity' before being allowed to re-list and they have virtually no capacity to find let alone run a suitable activity.
No, in my opinion that the capital raise is purely to fund the ~$72k a year of director's fees for a while longer. This sort of thing should not be possible on the ASX but it appears that there are no tigers with teeth in any of our illustrious watchdogs. But there is now no capital left to return anything to shareholders on wind up so it is probably a moot point anyway.
