    So Everblu are going to be issued with $303K worth of free stock and a 6% cash fee for the Capital raising which is $150K?!!!

    Close to $500k in fees, Wow is all I can say right now. What an absolute oxygen thief snouts in the trough stuff, you couldn’t come up with this stuff even if you tried!
