Not true look at company like XST Asian investors there subscribed for $20mill in shares at a 30% premium to the share price sound familiar??? They ended up asking for a few extensions gave all sorts of guarantees they would pay.

In the end turns out they were just scamming the company to make a few $ trading the share price, not saying thats happening here, I hope Klaus is smarter than that, but never know till money hits the bank.
